To protect the health of our community, the MAK campus is closed to visitors. This includes parents except those with appointments. We ask that you do not enter any school buildings unless you have an appointment.  If you have an appointment, please stop at the front office to sign in, get a visitor’s pass, and have a temperature check.

Tuition bill for Fall 2021-22 Semester
要繳2021-22秋季的學費囉

Our tuition bill for Fall 2021-22 semester was sent out on April 22nd, 2021 and payment is due by Friday, May 14th, 2021. In addition to the paper copy of the Fall 2021-22 semester tuition statement mailed to you, a PDF version of the same bill was sent to your email address. To pay by Taiwan credit card, you may go directly to the following website: www.27608818.com

Please email our cashier, Connie Chang at changco@ma.org.tw if you would like to make any changes to the bill. Kindly note that a late fee and/or interest will be imposed if payment is received after our due date of Friday, May 14th, 2021.

2020-21學年上學期的學費單已於四月22日寄出，繳費截止日是五月14日(五)。除了已經郵寄給您的紙本帳單外，電子帳單也已經寄送到您的電子信箱了。若您是使用台灣發行的信用卡來繳交學費， 可以直接點選網址  www.27608818.com

MS Basketball Tournament Cancellation / 中學籃球比賽取消

As there have been some new Covid cases in Taiwan recently, the government has imposed some restrictions on large gatherings. To comply with these restrictions and to be respectful of everyone’s general safety, we have canceled the MS basketball tournaments again this year. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. 

Please refer to Mr. Gregg’s email from May 12 for more information. Morrison’s crisis management committee is currently meeting and will further update the MAK community on any further changes.

由於這幾天在台灣新增的新冠肺炎案例，政府已經公布針對大型聚集的限制條例。為了遵守這些條例，以及尊重大家的安全健康，我們再次取消本年度的中學籃球比賽。 我們對於可能會造成的任何不便，深感抱歉！

High School Drama Performance (Date Change!)
The High School’s Drama performance, The Drama of Drama, has been rescheduled for Thursday, May 20 at 7:00pm during the High School Concert & Ceremony.

MAK Middle School Spring Concert

Middle School will perform on Tuesday, May 18th, 3:30pm-4:15pm.

Students MUST be in their music classrooms by 3:00 pm on Tuesday, May, 18th. 

Concert Dress Code: Please wear formal concert attire in Black or White.

Students should avoid wearing jeans, t-shirts, hoodies, or sneakers.

高雄馬禮遜中學春季音樂會

我們將於五月18日(二)，下午 3:30舉辦中學春季音樂會。學生必須在音樂會當天下午 3:00在他們的音樂教室集合，著裝準備演出。

ASA NEWS! 課後活動課程消息！

Dear Parents,
Please be advised that next week will be the last week for ASA. Starting the week of May 25, the school buses will leave at 3.30pm (May 28 at 11:45am). Please remember to pick up your children on time. 

親愛的家長，平安：
今年度的小學課後活動課程將於下週畫下句點。從五月25日(二)那個禮拜開始，校車將都會是下午3:30發車（五月28是中午11:45)。請記得準時來接您的小孩。

High School Final Exams 高中期末考

High School final exams are coming up May 26 & 27! The exam schedules are as follows: Grade 9; Grade 10; Grade 11

Please note that all final exams will take place on two days, Wednesday and Thursday of the last week of school. Monday (5/24) and Tuesday (5/25) will be normal school days following the regular Monday and Tuesday schedule.

Here are some instructions students will be given regarding the two days of Final Exams.

1) If you are on campus, you must be in a designated study hall location or in an exam.

2) You are not required to be at school except for exams, so if your parents want to bring you late/pick you up early, that is fine. (But you cannot leave in the middle of the day and return.)  

3) You may NOT leave campus without your parents picking you up unless you are taking the normal bus after school.

請注意，所有的期末考試將會在本學年最後一週的星期三和星期四兩日內考完。星期一(5/24)和星期二(5/25)是平常上課日，將依平時課表進行。

以下是高中生在期末考期間必須遵守的規範：

1. 如果你在學校裡，必須要待在指定的自習教室或是考試教室。
2. 除了考試以外，不一定要待在學校。若你的父母想要晚點送你到校或早一點接你回家，都是可以的。(但是不能離校又返回。)
3. 如果不是你的父母來接你的話，你不能離開學校，除非你原本就是是搭校車回家的。

The HS Art Club is proud to present the first-ever MAK Coloring Book! To us, art plays a large role in channeling our stress and expressing ourselves, especially as our lives grow busier. High School Spring Concert, Drama, and Celebration

The High School Celebration will be held in the MPR on Thursday, May 20 at 7:00pm. This wonderful evening event will comprise the HS Concert, featuring our Band and String Ensemble, the HS Drama, a short play from MAK’s finest thespians, and additionally will recognize several individuals for outstanding achievement in academics, athletics, leadership and character this year.
