Biology Trip
On April 17-18th, the 9th grades from all three Morrison schools convened in Kenting to study Oceanography. The trip started with a snorkeling experience that gave students up-close viewing of our ocean's many living creatures. It was the first time that many students had ever used a snorkel before, but with the expert direction of our diving instructors, they had a great educational experience. After snorkeling, the students headed to Taiwan's National Aquarium for a full day of touring. The students had guided tours that included information on Beluga whales, jellyfish, coral, whale sharks, penguins, and puffins! The students interacted wtih all of these creatures and had lots of opportunity to put their Biology education to the test. Check out the pictures below to get a taste of the trip:
